We had a home insp. that identified several electrical issues, so I contacted three reputable contractors for estimates. Trevor with Grounded electrical was the only one that came to the home, reviewed the home insp. report, and thoroughly evaluated the work needed. He provided a detailed, itemized proposal with materials, recommended repairs, and pricing, including reasonable estimates for items that required further diagnosis Once the project began, Grounded Electric exceeded our expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough , and worked around our sched. They addressed every item on the contract and kept us informed throughout the process. Shanna in the office was wonderful to work with and always friendly and helpful when coordinating and answering questions. I felt the work was completed properly and that all the changes were, fair, documented and justified. I highly recommend Grounded Electric and will absolutely make them my first call for any future electrical needs.

My AC went out on July 3 and we were dying. Grounded Electric was closed for the holiday weekend. Trevor answered his cell phone, put his personal plans on hold and showed up within 90 minutes and quickly resolved the problem. Special shout out to Trevor and his amazing company. Fair prices (even on holiday ), amazing customer service, above and beyond.

The knowledge, promptness,& politeness exceeded expectations. They were able to diagnose several issues with our older home that need to be updated and we look forward to working more with them. Their quote for the work is extremely reasonable compared to others. They also followed up the next day to see how things went with the original problem we were having. Very impressed.

Trevor and his team were very professional and performed quality work. They are knowledgeable about older home wiring and were able to fix our tripped front porch light as well as attend to various electrical needs (adding a receptacle, replacing two light fixtures, and feeding a new wire from our house to the shed). This company’s pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work!
